Steven Struhl MD
Steven Struhl, M.D. has been a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon since 1991. He is a published author who has led his own private practice since 1998. He is a member of the teaching service at the Hospital for Joint Diseases Residency Program, and a Clinical Instructor of Orthopedic Surgery at New York University Medical School.
In 1998 and 1999, Dr. Struhl served as medical consultant to the U.S. Open tennis tournament in New York.
A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he earned his medical degree from the University of California at San Francisco, performed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in New York, and completed a Fellowship in Sports Medicine at Penn State's Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pa. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America.
